Can you show my NICEIC or NAPIT registration?
Yes. We add your scheme, your registration number and a link to the public register so customers can check it.
Do you write pages for landlord work and EICRs?
Yes. Landlord and EICR work is searched for separately from domestic jobs, so it usually gets its own page.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Not always. On the call we look at what you have. If it can be fixed, we say so.
Is there a contract?
Six months at £197 a month, then month to month with 30 days’ notice. Prefer no minimum? Pay a one-off £495 set-up instead and cancel any month. No exit fees.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Customers keep ringing the number they already know. Unanswered calls are forwarded to our system, which texts the caller straight back. We check your network supports it on the call.
Who owns the website?
Your domain, your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your customer list are always yours, from day one. The website itself is yours to take once the 6 months are up, or at any time for a one-off £495.
Do you guarantee leads or rankings?
No, and be wary of anyone who does: Google and customers decide. What we promise is the work, a monthly report showing every call, form and text, and a homepage you can see before you pay anything.
Should I cancel my lead site or agency package?
Not straight away. Most people run both for a few months and compare the cost per job in our monthly report. Leaving one of them? Your first month with us is free.
What happens on the call?
We look at your Google listing, your website and what ChatGPT says about your trade in your town, together, on screen. You get an honest view and a plan. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
Do you only work in Dorset?
No. We’re based in Dorset and work with trades across England by phone and video call. Nobody needs to visit you.
